The Cuban artist Elvira Rodríguez Puerto invites you to take part in her photographic, video and installation project “Singles on Tour - Bachelor Party“

This project consists in dressing 1010 women (over 18 years old) with a wedding dress made of paper. The dress will be designed and made on the model by the artist at the moment of the photoshooting. Once they are dressed, the artist asks a couple of questions about “women“ and this interview will be filmed. 

The time required for this performance is between 15 and 30 minutes for each woman. It is important that the participants arrive on time (according to their appointment) in order to avoid delays in the schedule for the whole day. We would ask the participants to bring underwear of a light colour (white or beige). Only one picture per model will be selected for the exhibition.

This exhibition will be done around the world, also it will be shown at every place where we made the shooting. All participants will be notified of the corresponding exhibition.

We started in April 2010 in Munich, the place where the artist lives.  We plan to visit other cities in order to complete the total of 1010 photographs
